Peter Turner (RIP) 1938 to 1947

One of the first former St Mary’s boys it was my pleasure to interview was Peter Turner, who was born in 1931 and started at St Mary’s College prep school in 1938 and spent the war years at the school. He has some great memories of the school during these years. Peter left in 1947 and went on to enjoy a long career in PR, advertising and marketing. His son, David, followed in his footsteps and joined St Mary’s in 1973. Here is Peter pictured with his wife, Josephine.
